Mr Ashwin Mathew, Managing Director
Mr Ashwin Mathew completed his graduation from Sathyabama University in mechanical engineering (2008) and after which he completed his post-graduation from Aston University, UK (2009). During his post-graduation he was the project manager for the Aston Formula Student Car, he has also undertaken various projects in different mechanical design fields like Hip implants, turbochargers etc: He has handled various projects in the MEP sector for industries including hotels, showrooms, residences, commercial building etc : in India , middle east and south east Asian countries. He holds memberships with various organisations like ISHRAE(Indian Society of heating refrigeration and air condoning engineers), ASHRAE (American Society of Heating Refrigeration and air conditioning engineers), NFPA(National Fire Protection Association), IAMPO(The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials). He has played a major role in the preparation of BOD (Basis of Design) for various hotel and resort projects like Rosewood Phuket, Marriot Cambodia etc: . He has attended certification courses in green building, energy simulation, IES VE (Integrated environmental solutions – Virtual Environment).
Mr. Willy Mathews, Director
Mr Willy Mathews is a graduate mechanical engineer from College of Engineering Trivandrum (1974) after which he completed his marine engineering from Directorate of Marine Engineering Training (DMET) Calcutta. After getting his certificate of competency as “Marine Engineer Officer Class I” from Government of India, has worked as Chief Engineer for 20 Years in different Indian and foreign companies like SCI, Wallem Ship Management- Hong Kong, Fleet Management and NYK, after which he worked as Senior Technical Superintendent for 2 years and as Ship Management Manager for four years with a shipping company Equinox, Jakarta.
He was involved in running & maintenance of diesel engines with power up to 36,960 bhp, boilers with evaporation rate up to 40,000kg/hr, waste heat boilers, Air-conditioning and refrigeration machineries, pumps (Centrifugal, piston, gear, screw), compressors (Screw type and Piston type), blowers, desalination plants (reverse osmosis type and vacuum type), also involved in diesel power generator 800 KVA (each machinery) and turbine power generator 450KVA (each), cranes , Sewage treatment plants, oil separators etc. He was authorised to survey machineries for Lloyds and DNV on board. He has also experience in management of employees from various nationalities, procurement of spares, PMS (Planned maintenance system).
He has also undergone various training programs like advanced fire fighting training, PSSR (Personal safety and social responsibility) , proficiency in survival crafts, medical first aid, internal auditor course, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 ,OHSAS 19001:1999, OHSAS 18001,ISM Code, Energy Conservation Course, Hull Inspection, damage and repair course (Lloyds) ,Maritime Resource management, Internal Auditor Training course for safety and quality management system (DNV),practical application of ILO maritime labour convention (MLC) 2006, Ship security officer, specialised tanker safety course, O.P.A.90 etc.
Mr. Antony Babu, Director
Mr. Antony Babu , Mechanical Engineer with masters in business administration ,specialized in
Marketing and Operations. He has been working in the construction industry for more than a
decade. He was greatly privileged to be the part of world’s renowned projects throughout his career.
Started as a Mechanical Engineer in Klimak srl (Italy) one of world’s best custom made AHU
manufacturing company, to Mechanical Engineer in WSP International (Canada), the best design and
supervision consultants in the industry. Throughout this roller coaster ride, the challenges faced
have given him immense experience .He is a registered mechanical engineer with MME Qatar
(Ministry of Municipality and Environment). He has worked with FIFA Football Stadiums, Airports,
Hospitals, High Raise buildings, Colleges and Infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Mr. Syed Moazzam Ali, Technical Director
Mr Syed Moazzam Ali, M.Tech , has 16 years of experience in MEP field, working & training, in India and abroad as well, who have formerly worked as a faculty in engineering college, and worked as Project Leader and Manager with a MNC at Hyderabad and abroad. He holds lifetime membership of ISHRAE – (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers), FSAI – (Fire & Security Association of India) and is a certified IGBC-AP [Indian Green Building Council – Accredited Professional].
He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in HVAC from JNT University and also handles projects which TEC undertakes from India and abroad as Chief MEP & Green Building Consultant. He has also conducted corporate training seminars for ISHRAE (Mumbai Chapter) and various constructions, consulting companies’ designing professionals at Mumbai, Bangalore and Jeddah-KSA .
